You'll receive 100% space-themed boxes, with products from the industry's leading brands and an exclusive selection of never-before-seen items.
We don't reveal the contents of our boxes in advance, so you can still be surprised!
When you buy a Galaxybox, you are automatically subscribed to the box and will receive it every 2 months. You can unsubscribe at any time.
If you need to modify your personal information, please go directly to your customer area on our website galaxybox.us. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us via our contact form or by e-mail contact@galaxybox.us.
Galaxy Box is a bimonthly box (1 box every 2 months). You'll receive it between the 20th and 30th of even-numbered months (February, April, June, etc.).
You can subscribe up to the 10th of odd-numbered months (January, March, May, etc.) to receive it the following even-numbered month. After this date, you will receive the box the following even month.
Example: I order my box on January 5, so I'll receive it between February 20 and 29.
Or I order my box on January 15 and will receive it between April 20 and 30.
Payment is made directly when you place your first order. It activates your subscription. Then, on the 1ᵉʳ of each odd month, you will be automatically debited for the continuation of your subscription.
Payments are made by credit card with our service providers Stripe or Paypal.
It's easy to unsubscribe: just go to “My account”, click on “Manage my subscription”, then “My subscription” and click on the “Unsubscribe” button.
